It heavily depends on your weight. Needless to say, more mass requires more energy and thus more water. In order to calculate how much water you need daily, you need to know how much you weigh.

Take your current weight and divide by two. Take that number and drink that many ounces of water a day. So if you weigh 130 pounds you should drink 65 ounces of water a day.
