CHIN LIFTS

This amazing exercise help to get rid of a double chin. With this exercise you assist in working and stretching the jaw, throat and neck. While doing this exercise do not use any other facial muscle other than the lips. You can do this exercise in a sitting or standing position.

Start by tilting your head towards the ceiling, and keep your eyes fixed towards it. Hold your lips tight, as if trying to kiss the ceiling, and count off 10 seconds and relax. Do this 10 times.

This exercise is the most effective facial yoga exercise, which can help in lifting up the face muscles and take away years from your face, and offers you a more youthful look with high cheekbones along with a prominent jaw line.
